I enjoy teaching others about how to live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle when it comes to food, exercise, and more. I hope one day you’ll join me!
I run a large organic vegetable garden here on the property along with some animals, pickle and preserve my vegetables and fruits, bake my own bread, and try to be as self-sufficient as possible. I love sharing my recipes!
In the future, I plan to offer yoga, bread-making, and other courses during the week. I want to show guests that healthy living can be easy and doesn’t have to be expensive.
